Special insect repellent for plywood
1. Product performance introduction:
MJB-FS type special insect repellent for plywood is a systemic anti-loss type concentrated anti-killing board insect repellent. It can be quickly dissolved in resin glue (urea-formaldehyde glue, phenolic glue, melamine bakelite powder dissolved glue) dispersion. Its polymer active ingredients can quickly diffuse through the glue to penetrate into the fiber tissue of the veneer. It can quickly eliminate the active insects inside the veneer plywood and interfere with the unhatched eggs in the veneer, making it impossible incubation. MJB-FS special insect repellent for plywood is easy to operate and does not affect the bonding strength of the board and the curing speed of the resin glue. It is an ideal insecticide for plywood, joinery, veneered mdf and other man-made boards.
2. Scope of application:
It is mainly suitable for the killing and protection of Chinese meal beetles, Japanese meal beetles, and flat meal beetles that are common in various plywood, joinery, three-layer solid plywood composite wood floors, welt boards and other artificial boards.
3. Product features:
Diffusing the MJB-FS type special insect repellent for t11 plywood through glue and injecting it into the board can quickly generate insoluble silicon compounds after curing. It has strong insecticidal power and is not easy to be volatilized due to the influence of hot pressing temperature. It is harmful to Chinese meal beetles and Japanese meal beetles. Pseudomonas paniculata has a strong pertinence. The bottom destroys and interferes with the hatching conditions of its eggs.
4. Use method:
Conventionally use glue addition method, dry and wet veneer soaking method and fumigation method
1. The glue addition method is recommended to use a concentration of 2%-3% of the glue. When using it, directly add the MJB-FS type special insect repellent for plywood (after mixing the flour) with 2%-3% of the total glue.
2. The recommended concentration of wet veneer immersion method is 1%-2%. The water surface is completely covered with veneer as the standard. Soaking time 6-12 hours
3. The recommended concentration of dry veneer immersion method is 4%-5%. The standard is that the veneer is completely wetted by the liquid medicine. Soaking time 3-5 minutes
4. For fumigation treatment, it is recommended that the plywood be stacked neatly and then uniformly painted or sprayed (the recommended concentration is 5%-7%), and then sealed with a plastic cloth for 24 hours, then open for ventilation and dry 2-3 (Depending on the temperature and temperature) can be packaged after hours.
5. Matters needing attention:
1. Workers need to wear protective work clothes, gloves and masks during operation
2. If you accidentally touch the skin during operation, you should rinse it off with clean water in time.
3. The processed plates are not suitable for food packaging boxes.
4. Keep away from children during operation and storage. Don't throw away used medicine and waste.
