The second -- burn,  cut a small piece with a knife, burn it with a lighter, observe the extinguishing time, and see if there is a dark fire, which can be compared with an ordinary plywood.

The third -- pinch, use your fingernail to pinch the core of the plywood, and it feels hard or soft; then press it up near the plywood surface with your fingernail to observe whether the core of the board is easy to peel off.

The fourth -- soaks, soak a small piece of sample in cold water for 24 hours and observe how much its thickness increases. This option is essential for flame retardant plywood.

The fifth -- smells, a few pieces of flame retardant plywoods are stacked together to smell the edge of the board, smell whether it has a pungent odor, if there is a large amount of formaldehyde emission and poor environmental performance, it is recommended not to buy it.
