High grade laminated plywood formwork for concrete has the following characteristics:

1. The surface of the 18mm film faced formwork plywood is processed by precision machinery with imported film-coated paper, which has high flatness, smooth and easy to demould, and the concrete surface is flat and smooth. Plastering can be cancelled, shortening the construction period, and it is light in weight, easy to saw and nail. It has good construction performance, and can be made of various special-shaped boards with high construction efficiency.

2. The concrete formwork plywood has a wide breadth, fewer seams. Compared with the steel template, the speed of supporting and dismantling the mold is faster.

3. The laminated building plywood formwork is made of high temperature and high pressure and pressed, with good toughness, and the static bending strength is more than twice the strength of wood.

4. When the high-grade concrete formwork plywood is removed, the concrete will not be impacted and vibrated;

5. The plywood formwork has strong water resistance. It is made of phenolic resin by hot pressing during production. The glue will not be opened after boiling for 4 hours, and the concrete will not deform when exposed to water during the curing process.

In order to ensure the normal use of film faced shuttering plywood, the following points should be noted:

1. For the positioning frame and metal connecting rods permanently buried in the concrete, the distance between them shall not be less than 5cm, and the holes formed by the connecting rods shall be blocked.

2. The joints of the film faced shuttering plywood must be installed tightly to prevent the loss of cement slurry. At the construction joints, the formwork must firmly clamp the poured concrete to avoid unevenness of the exposed surface of the joint.
